When you're in need of sun and fun but prefer the peace and quiet of your own home, look no further than the North Lagoon Getaway, a ground floor ranch home with four bedrooms, a private backyard and ample parking. Inside this gorgeous, updated home, you'll find a comfortable sectional sofa plus seating in a large living area plus an updated kitchen with all you need for meals and snacks. All appliances large and small are available including a blender, toaster, and a traditional coffee pot as well as an individual cup maker, plus dishware, cookware, and utensils. A full washer/dryer and free WIFI round out conveniences.

Each bedroom features a smart TV and ceiling fan.

We have two full bathrooms with walk in showers.

Located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach, North Lagoon Getaway is less than a block to the water. You are near many outstanding restaurants, as well as the stunning St Andrews State Park. Pier Park is less than 10 miles away and the Publix Sports Complex is less than 6 miles away.

Important Policies:

~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ No pets or ESA allowed.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A copy of the primary guest's ID and a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking
~ A $300 damage hold is required prior to arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
