Wait n Sea allows you and your family and friends to enjoy the best Florida sunshine without the crowds of the large resorts. This two story townhome is spacious, clean, comfortable, and updated.
The ground floor features a living area with couches/seating, smart TV, electric fireplace, dining table for six, a full and well equipped kitchen with all appliances large and small including a blender, toaster, and a traditional coffee pot as well as an individual cup maker, plus dishware, cookware, and utensils. A full washer/dryer and free WIFI round out conveniences. There is a half bath on the ground floor as well.
Step outside to your own piece of paradise in our fully fenced backyard that features a pool, loungers, couches, smart TV, and a gas grill. We have beach/pool gear and towels for your use.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and two full baths. The master offers a king bed with ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin trundle, ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach, Wait N Sea sits on the second row to the beach nestled behind Treasure Island in a cul-de-sac. It just is 20 to 30 yards down to the very popular Schooners Local Beach Bar, and the beach access sits directly in front of our unit. You are near many outstanding restaurants, as well as the stunning St Andrews State Park. Pier Park is less than 10 miles away and the Publix Sports Complex is less than 6 miles away.
Important Policies:
~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ No pets or ESA allowed.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A copy of the primary guest's ID and a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking
~ A $300 damage hold is required prior to arrival.
~ Vehicles limited to two
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
